She wholeheartedly believes in the power of transformation especially when someone is ready to take responsibility for their life, make aligned choices and take aligned action.

Connie-Anne has also walked the path from bitter to better and pressured to peaceful. She has first hand knowledge of the journey that being a higher and better version of yourself and living a LIBERATED, COURAGEOUS, LIFE OF ABUNDANCE can be and the work that it entails. She also understands how difficult it is to stay motivated, but knows how rewarding and life changing it is to take responsibility, show up for your self and your life, make aligned choices and take aligned action.

If you have any questions and would like to work with Connie-Anne, a person that has experience and expertise, provides heart-centered listening, intuitive-centered coaching, and is also genuine and compassionate, book a discovery call.

The higher and better version of yourself is waiting for you and cheering you on!

Thoughts…

Becoming the best version of yourself takes time and continuous efforts. You must be willing to be vulnerable and raw about who you are, what you have been believing about yourself and what you have been allowing in your life either consciously or unconsciously. You must be willing to take a hard look at the identities you have constructed about yourself that have been built from the thoughts and opinions of others and then reinforced and perpetuated by your own thoughts and opinions. Then you must be willing to take the painstaking action of deconstructing all of those limiting thoughts and beliefs. You must be willing to say goodbye to almost everything you’ve already gotten comfortable accepting about yourself and your life and hello to who you really want to be and the life you want to have. You will have to decide what gets to stay, what you need to send away with love and make the needed changes.

It is one of the most tenuous, uncomfortable, anxiety producing processes you will ever embark on, but the higher and better version of yourself will be so grateful that you did!

Sending you love and light! ~cholman
